“The internet will destroy way more companies than it will create,” said incumbents early on. In the end, it created lots of opportunities. Mobile, social, cloud, and now AI — each innovation redefined consumer behavior and upended business models. But to fully harness the power of these new technologies, smart entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and investors need to combine their own ‘brain trust’ with outsiders’ views and data. And with the right relationships – which can be the difference between a business that thrives and one that withers.
Our business consulting services help media and entertainment, tech, start-ups, and those in the creator and attention economies find opportunities to create scalable, sustainable organizations. We’ll work with you to uncover the overlooked and find the right mix of Superpowers to get you and your business to where you want to go.
Creativity. Output. Business Model. Data & Tech. Funding. People & Relationships. The right combination for one stage of your business is likely not ideal for the next. We will work with you on a Superpower Assessment to help you get to where you want to go.
Our founder, Hernan Lopez, and his advisors then apply their real-life experience to those findings to create the best path forward for our clients.
We start with an AI-enhanced analysis of premium research and public data to uncover media consumption trends, market value, market product fit, outlooks, monetization, expansion opportunities, and more.
